How do I start the Lock Screen live ticker?

Check in to an event. The live ticker starts automatically and displays your production schedule on the Lock Screen. You can end or restart the live ticker at any time from the Dashboard.

Why does my live ticker pause after a while?

The Lock Screen live ticker is built on Apple’s Live Activity technology, which is limited to a maximum of 8 hours. CrewCue detects this automatically and offers you to restart or end the live ticker.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Check your device settings to make sure notifications are enabled for CrewCue. Also verify that the desired notification types are enabled in the app under Settings → Notifications.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes. After checking in, all event data is stored locally. You can view timeslots, weather, crew info, and broadcasts without an internet connection. The app syncs automatically once you're back online.
